To Articulate or not to Articulate.....

The attached link offers an in-depth look at a work-based learning program which results in college credit for participants in a health care setting. The credits are awarded through an articulation agreement, rather than through ACE or NPONSI. I wondered if you would be willing to share your experience with articulation with or without NPONSI credit recommendations? What are the pros and cons of each approach in the efforts to have your students/employees gain actual college credit?
